Dolan (pictured) introduces the first chapter in the new-release book MYSTERIOUS GREENLAND: Frontier of the Breakaway Civilization co-authored by James and Lance Morcan.

Classified technologies do exist. Fact.
Another fact is we know that suppressed technologies – innovations with documented potential that don’t see the light of day because they are blocked, delayed, hidden, or deprioritized by powerful institutions – also exist. To what extent, we do not know, but it’s commonly known, by those who take the time to look at least, that suppressed technologies do exist. More often than not, the existence of these technologies is also verified on some level – as referenced by Richard M. Dolan’s quote above.
Many researchers argue those two facts alone confirm there is a Breakaway Civilization that secretly and autonomously resides on our planet right now – and, so the argument goes, it resides in remote, mostly unmonitored locations like Greenland.
Membership of such a group would probably comprise a combination of high-ranking military personnel and senior intelligence agents as well as shadowy government figures and many members of the global Elite. Although citizens of various nations who speak different languages, they would be united by the common goal of attaining mass power or establishing a New World Order.
How would a Breakaway Civilization operate?
Because of its almost infinite sources of funding – mostly derived from black ops appropriations – this Breakaway Civilization would possess or have access to technologies that would make a layman’s mind boggle.
The covert, parallel civilization would use inconceivable, stealth-like weaponry to wage quiet wars on vulnerable nations. Such advanced ordnance could even facilitate manipulation of the weather and the creation of so-called acts of nature. And of course, contractors commissioned by faceless middlemen employed by the shadowy members of this splinter group would, one way or another, silence any investigative reporters or citizen journalists who come close to uncovering evidence of its existence…
…many of these suppressed technologies have been reported by former engineers and other employees of the Military Industrial Complex. That and the list of whistleblowers is an extensive and impressive one that dates back decades…
… The Elites have projected that most of Greenland’s territory might one day be habitable. That’s not be scoffed at considering its total land area is 2.16 million square kilometers (836,330 square miles), making it the 12th‑largest territory on Earth…
