In our ‘Underground Knowledge’ discussion group on Goodreads we ask: Do you believe the 2000 U.S. Presidential Election in which George W. Bush defeated Al Gore was a fair election or a fraudulent election?

Al Gore, left, and George W. Bush are shown. | AP Photo

Gore and Bush…on campaign trail.

Almost two thirds of those polled to date believe the election was fraudulent with the balance evenly split between a fair election and undecided.

Here’s a sample of poll responses received (names withheld):

Fraudulent, but wouldn’t have mattered either way. We’d still be in the thick of it in the middle east and would have international banksters/multinational corporations calling the shots.

.

Fraudulent- definitely. See this concise article for how: http://www.michaelparenti.org/stolene… (And, as an aside, here in England, it was a similar state of affairs when Cameron got in -although different tactics used. The Lib Dems won the majority, and they held the power as to whether there was to be a coalition and who with etc. Where are we now? Everyone’s forgotten that. Cameron is the big man P.M, and the Lib Dems will soon be a non-existent party.)

.

I think it was definitely not a fair eection. there were so many votes un-counted or unaknowledged…after the election, here were so many unanswered questions about what votes were couted and those that were not, and then there is the queston of whether votes were “lost” I think George W. just had more money……

.

Hanging chads and cutting short aside there were also serious reports of “technical” poll problems in Florida minority neighborhoods. Remember who was the Governor? It just goes to show that if the bastards are to be beaten (assuming a possibly naïve hope that there is a difference between Republicans and Democrats) it has to be by a wide margin. Imagine if the US Treasury had not been depleted by sending vast sums to the middle east in return for no oil.

.

Don’t think it was a fair election back then, and with Citizens United allowing millions being poured into negative PR against candidates we`have more elections that are not fair. (Historian).

.

I also believe that you cannot get anywhere near the Presidency position without shaking the right hands (the hands of bankers and military men especially) and kissing the right asses. Therefore… the same or very similar war/corruption scenarios still would have occurred. Gore was possibly the lesser of two evils, but still a complete puppet I’d say. Democrat or Republican, Left or Right, Liberal or Conservative – the global elite have all these so-called different groups or different voting options under their thumbs. However, with all the voting fraud rumors and investigations during and after that election, the suspicious Florida recount(s) at least showed many common citizens that tampering with votes is not only something that occurs in little banana republics of Third World …

Contrary to the media circus which portrayed politicians as all-powerful figures, Kentbridge knew from experience the vast majority of US Government officials elected or otherwise were puppets who only had the illusion of power. This included Presidents. These public figures all understood the game and were happy to go through the motions, carrying out orders that came from above from the likes of the Omega Agency so they could fulfill their own egotistical ambitions. The Ninth Orphan

The above quote from book one in our international thriller series The Orphan Trilogy is appropriate given many a political conspiracy theory has at its cornerstone the idea that whoever the US President is at any given time is merely a pawn. An employee, if you will, representing the real power players who lurk in the shadows but rule with absolute authority.

TV frontman John Stewart’s expression leaves little doubt what he thinks of the last eight presidents.

This theory requires us to believe the President has secret allegiances with invisible people – invisible to anyone below the Presidency that is – who micromanage him.

If true, the President’s decision-making power would be farcical; he’d simply be the person who presses the button – not the one making the decision to drop the bomb or send in the drones or bring home the troops.

Too big a stretch, you say? Maybe, but stick with us…

We explore this theory in our non-fiction book THE ORPHAN CONSPIRACIES: 29 Conspiracy Theories from The Orphan Trilogy. Here’s an excerpt from the book:

Consider the “vast right-wing conspiracy” First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton mentioned in 1998 in relation to the sex scandal involving her husband President Bill Clinton and White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Mrs Clinton’s choice of words seem odd if you stop to consider she was talking about the world’s supposedly most powerful man at that time.

TIME Magazine Cover: Monica Lewinsky & Bill Clinton -- Feb. 2, 1998

Surely such a man would be immune to attacks from minnows of the right wing Republican opposition. Or did Mrs Clinton’s seemingly innocent comment allude to something, or someone, other than Republicans? Could she have been referring to shadowy figures in some invisible government who wanted to bring her husband down, or at least curtail some of his wayward policies?

Could her use of the word conspiracy in her statement have been a cryptic clue?

Bozos in the White House

George W. Bush is probably the US President whose intelligence has been most questioned. Certainly he’s up there with Presidents Ford and Reagan. His frequent gaffes, or Bushisms, and his apparent inability at times to clearly answer even the simplest of questions raised alarm bells in the minds of many Americans.

George W’s Bushisms include publicly congratulating ostracized FEMA director Michael Brown for his handling of the Hurricane Katrina emergency in 2005 despite the fact that Brown had received extreme nationwide criticism over his handling of the disaster; a year earlier, while talking about the War on Terror, Bush said America’s enemies “never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we.” And in a speech in 2002, he famously remarked, “There’s an old saying in Tennessee…I know it’s in Texas, probably in Tennessee…that says, fool me once, shame on…shame on you…Fool me…you can’t get fooled again!”

In case you’re interested, there are hundreds of Bushism compilation videos, or Greatest Hits, that can be viewed on YouTube.

Rightly or wrongly, the moniker Dubbya forever became synonymous with stupidity and ignorance.

Was this man really bright enough to run the United States of America? Was he capable of making the myriad of complex decisions required of presidents every day?

During Ronald Reagan’s presidency it was rumored he (Reagan) slept more than he worked, especially during his second term. As a former actor, perhaps Reagan understood better than most his White House role was less about making decisions and more about delivering lines and following scripts the powers-that-be wrote.

If even half the tales surrounding lazy or inept presidents are true then that may provide some insight into whether the US President is the most powerful person on Earth or, indeed, if he has any real power at all.

In the latest Amazon review for THE ORPHAN CONSPIRACIES: 29 Conspiracy Theories from The Orphan Trilogy, Connecticut reviewer ‘Cyrano1db’ describes it as an eye-opener and refers to lessons “we” (Americans) should have learned.

Here’s the review (unabridged):

If you were born in the ’20’s, 30’s of even 40’s you know that the country in which we were brought up no longer exists. We should have learned our lesson from the findings of the Vietnam war, but we were hyped up again by our leaders by constant warnings about Iraq’s “Weapons of Mass Destruction.” George W. Bush stole a presidential election (with the help of the Supreme Court) and proceeded to trample the Constitution. Obama promised correction but has not only continued the Bush mess, but has almost eliminated the middle class in America and continues to spy on all citizens. A walk through these 29 Conspiracy Theories is the eye opener we all need. The book is a terrific read, but more importantly, it starts one to thinking (and wondering). It’s a page-turner you won’t be able to put down.

Obama

The President of the United States is regularly referred to as the most powerful person on Earth. This holds true for the current president, Barack Obama, as it has for all other American presidents in recent decades.

Certainly, the US is the world’s biggest economy and has the largest military force. It’s arguably the last legitimate superpower left – not forgetting that China has all the hallmarks of a future superpower – and the US President, as commander-in-chief of America’s armed forces, is in charge of the world’s biggest nuclear arsenal as well.

So, surely if anybody would qualify as the most powerful person on the planet, then it would be the President.

Right?

Um…well…maybe wrong, actually.

What the hell are you guys talking about? we hear you ask. Obviously the President is the most powerful person in the world! For pete’s sake, you guys better retire now if you can’t see that!

We hear you, we hear you. But just hold on a moment.

Appearances would certainly suggest he’s the most powerful person – especially when America’s dominant military, political and economic position is taken into account. But appearances can be deceiving.

It’s important to remember the US President isn’t only accountable to himself: he is, first and foremost, accountable to others – and we’re not just referring to the American people.

Many a political conspiracy theory has at its cornerstone the idea that whoever the US President is at any given time is merely a pawn. An employee, if you will, representing the real power players who lurk in the shadows but rule with absolute authority.

Was this man really bright enough to run the United States of America? Was he capable of making the myriad of complex decisions required of presidents every day?

It was true Isabelle was the daughter of a politician and therefore must have had an inkling of how Western alpha male-style governments functioned, but the world he operated in was beyond governments. Nine was one of the few who knew the truth. He understood world leaders were simply opportunists placed in so-called positions of power to carry out the agendas of the real power-players who always remained behind the scenes. The Ninth Orphan

During Ronald Reagan’s presidency it was rumored he slept more than he worked, especially during his second term.

TV frontman John Stewart’s expression leaves little doubt what he thinks of the last eight presidents.

It has always intrigued us that no President ever asked Congress – on the record at least – to establish exactly who manages America’s money supply? And why are the suspicious activities rumored to be swirling around the Federal Reserve never – officially at least – investigated? Could it be that Presidents promise to support global banksters before running for office?

When there is such a long and detailed history of false flag operations, why has no recent President seriously questioned the validity of intelligence reports claiming the existence of WMD’s or the incidence of terrorist attacks in certain countries? Could it be these Presidents are also in the pocket of the Military Industrial Complex, that powerful combination of America’s armed forces, legislators, political factions, defence contractors and money men?

military-industrial-complex.jpgThe farewell speech of Dwight D. Eisenhower, the 34th President of the US and the only Army General ever to be elected President, is perhaps telling in this regard.

In his speech, which was delivered in a television broadcast on January 17, 1961, Eisenhower warned America against the ever-increasing political influence of the Military Industrial Complex.

“We must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex,” said Eisenhower. “The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes.”

President Eisenhower also pointed out that the nation annually spent on “military security alone more than the net income of all United States corporations” – a fact which possibly holds true to this day, depending on definitions of where military security starts and ends.

Eisenhower’s speech could be construed as suggesting his Presidential powers were diluted because of the influence of the Military Industrial Complex and/or other such entities. His warning that Americans must guard against the complex’s “acquisition of unwarranted influence” certainly suggests that.

Kentbridge was certain all of the US presidents since JFK had been puppets. The lack of any real decision-making power presidents had was reflected in a long-running joke within the agency: One could place a monkey in the White House Oval Office and everything would run just fine. The Orphan Factory

The Invisible Government

Government, as we all know, is the system by which people, states or countries are governed.

Here’s an alternative definition that’s popular with conspiracy theorists: Government is a system certain nefarious people and organizations can hide behind and achieve even more than they could if legitimately elected to office. These immoral parties include unelected officials and secret societies who are collectively known in some circles as the Invisible Government.

Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. - Theodore Roosevelt

It’s quite possible there’s an Invisible Government operating in America today with some unknown entity pulling the strings of elected politicians and officials – in which case the Government that’s portrayed in the media is just a front for some shadowy group.

If it’s conceivable the Invisible Government is controlling, or at least has influence over, the banking system, the media and radical science, then why couldn’t it have influence over the President, too?

There are also theories that there are 40 levels in US intelligence above top secret, of which the President only has clearance to about Level 20. No such theories have ever been proven, however.

We realize there are a lot of what ifs in our analysis, but it’s important to remember we are dealing with 50 shades of subtlety when it comes to trying to ascertain how the world really operates. Those shadowy groups, secret societies and faceless people pulling strings in the financial, military, scientific, medical, industrial and political sectors don’t take out front page newspaper ads to advertise their agendas or their modus operandi.

So it’s up to us, average Jo Citizen, to read between the lines, think outside the square and question everything we’re told.

If you think we’re scaremongering, cast your eye over the quotations scattered throughout this chapter and, indeed, throughout this book – from JFK in particular – warning of secret societies and the like.

“There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.” –Daniel K. Inouye, US Senator from Hawaii. Testimony given to the Senate Select Committee on Secret Military Assistance to Iran and the Nicaraguan Opposition (Iran-Contra hearings) in 1987.

The usual (and unusual) suspects

If it’s not the President and the official Government then who is really running the United States of America?

As the old saying goes, follow the money trail. That would surely make our aforementioned friends, the good ol’ global banksters, prime suspects.

banksters 5

At the very least, bankers and financial services suppliers would have to be part of the Invisible Government, if indeed it does exist. They could be compared to the outer layer of an onion: peel back a layer or two and you’d likely find covert organizations running the banks.

And if that theory holds true, secret societies like the Freemasons and Skull and Bones would probably be to the fore.

Other major players in an Invisible Government could comprise the global elite groups mentioned in previous chapters, including the Bilderberg Group and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Now let’s introduce another little known group into the equation…

The Bohemian Club

Bohemian Groveis a 2700-acre campground in Monte Rio, California, owned by an obscure Californian men’s art club called the Bohemian Club, which can trace its foundation back to 1872.

According to Wikipedia, “In mid-July each year, Bohemian Grove hosts a two-week, three-weekend encampment of some of the most powerful men in the world.”

Past and present members of this bizarre, invitation-only club, where grown men act like boys in the woods and conduct pagan rituals, include Richard Nixon, George H. W. Bush, Ronald Reagan and apparently every other Republican President since Calvin Coolidge. Other Bohemian members include or included Jack London, Henry Kissinger, Walter Cronkite, David Rockefeller Sr., Donald Rumsfeld and Henry Ford.

Observers say the Bohemian Club is like the Bilderberg Group and the CFR in that it undermines democracy by holding closed meetings.

In a Los Angeles Times article dated May 26, 1987, it was reported that Richard Nixon once sent his fellow Bohemian Grove members a statement saying, “Anyone can aspire to be President of the United States, but few have any hope of becoming president of the Bohemian Club”.

Nixon’s also on record as commenting several times that attending Bohemian Grove was crucial to becoming the US President. For example, in his 1978 book, Memoirs, he says, “in many important ways it marked the first milestone on my road to the presidency”.

Bohemian Grove Members

The Bohemian Club…where grown men act like boys.

If elitist groups like Bohemian Club, the CFR and the Bilderberg Group select and groom candidates to become Presidents of the US then isn’t it safe to assume they also dictate certain policies once their alumni are in the White House?

“The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings.” –President John F. Kennedy, speech to the American Newspaper Publishers Association. April 27, 1961, New York City.

Secret affiliations of US Presidents

From our research into the history of American politics, one detail kept rising to the surface time and again: All recent US Presidents pledged allegiance to at least one secret society or elitist organization before they ran for office.

Freemasonry and Skull and Bones are two of the most common secret societies, while the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the Bohemian Club and the CFR seem to be the main elitist organizations on any serious presidential candidate’s to-do list.

What follows are the secret affiliations of the previous eight Presidents before Obama. This list dates back over half a century to the 1963 assassination of JFK, but excludes President Kennedy himself who appeared to belong to no such societies, organizations or fraternities.

George W. Bush (Bohemian Club, Skull and Bones),Bill Clinton (Mason, Skull and Bones, Bilderberg, CFR, Trilateral Commission), George H. W. Bush (Mason, Skull and Bones, Bohemian Club, Trilateral Commission, CFR, Skull and Bones),Ronald Reagan (Bohemian Club, Mason), Jimmy Carter (Trilateral Commission, CFR), Gerald Ford (Mason, Bilderberg, Bohemian Club, CFR), Richard Nixon (Bohemian Club, CFR), Lyndon B. Johnson (Mason, CFR).

What this amounts to is that recent US Presidents have all been owned in one way or another before they even set foot in the White House Oval Office to serve their terms.

The one potential omission in this disturbing trend is Barry Soetoro – more commonly known as Barack Obama. We refer of course to the name Obama sometimes used in Indonesia where he spent part of his childhood. Soetoro was his stepfather’s surname and Barry was the nickname he used throughout college.

However, to get back to the point, it may well be President Obama is ultra-secretive about his membership of elitist organizations and secret societies.

Sourcing accurate information on Obama’s background is tricky. There’s a huge amount of so-called evidence online, painting Obama as a fraud. But if you take the time to research the individuals making such claims you will quickly establish they are often racially motivated.

Given that racism still exists in the 21st Century, the amount of fabricated evidence on America’s first black President is hardly surprising. Even so, there have been intriguing reports that point to the possibility of Obama being a member of various elitist, non-governmental groups.

For example, on March 5, 2007, conspiracy website Above Top Secret included statements from an anonymous Freemason who claimed to have befriended Obama years earlier at a Masonic lodge in Illinois. However, the lodge in question could find no record of Obama ever having attended.

Shortly before Obama was elected to the presidency, the June 2, 2008 issue of Newsweek included a photograph with an article that appeared to show a Masonic ring on the future president’s finger. The image sent the Tinfoil Hat Network into a frenzy. However, there’s no conclusive proof that the finger is Obama’s.

The Masonic ring allegedly on the finger of Obama.

And as mentioned in Chapter 3, there have been persistent rumors the Hawaii-born Obama has also attended at least one Bilderberg meeting – namely the conference at Chantilly, Virginia, in 2008, which also took place shortly before he became the US President.

So it remains inconclusive as to whether Obama is a tool or not. Either he’s squeaky clean as his administration presents him to be, or he has covered his tracks so well that his membership of secret or elitist organizations cannot be proven conclusively.

Given the consistently nefarious behavior of the world’s elite, we certainly know which way we’d be placing our bets regarding Obama. We just cannot believe that any average, honest, law-abiding American citizen can get anywhere near the presidency without shaking hands with corrupt powerbrokers, signing deals with banksters and generally bending over backwards for the global elite.

Certainly there were obvious differences in policies between the various leaders, and an America run by a Bush, an Obama or a Clinton would have distinct contrasts. Those variables didn’t concern the secret elite rulers, however. As long as the Omega Agency and other clandestine groups ensured each administration sold out on the most lucrative issues – oil, banking, drug trafficking, arms sales – they couldn’t care less whether a political party poured a few more measly bucks into healthcare or schools. The Ninth Orphan

A DIY guide to buying American Presidents

For the sake of exploring this theory of owning Presidents and Administrations, let’s create our own secret society right here and now, and let’s call this covert, invitation-only organization Pegasus.

Pegasus members are a group of elite families whose combined wealth is worth trillions of dollars. Yet they feature on no rich lists for their wealth is created and expanded by high finance deals that are beyond governments and tax systems, and involve clandestine transfers in the murky world of offshore banking.

This consortium’s members, who now make up the Invisible Government, have infiltrated every aspect of the current Administration by conducting a silent coup d’etat that went unreported.

Pegasus can afford to buy candidates upfront before they run for office. They also gain coercive influence over the key figures in all the major parties.

Pegasus can’t lose if they back all the major political parties. Although it seems the Left side of the political spectrum is the antithesis of the Right, they understand there really is no Left or Right, or even any political parties. There is only Pegasus.

So while it appears as if voters have a choice, the reality is they don’t – at least not a choice that matters a whole lot.

Although political parties often seemed poles apart, in reality they all bowed to this higher order of power. Kentbridge had long since understood Democrats and Republicans were essentially the same party with different faces and that was why, no matter how many promises each leader made, significant change rarely transpired. The Ninth Orphan

The political apathy of today’s youth

Young people today seem to be coming round to the idea it really doesn’t matter which politician or political party you vote for; and they’re catching on that it doesn’t even matter if you don’t vote because they have realized modern elections are just a way for the 1% to appease the 99% – a way to keep the masses in line by making them believe they’ve had their say, thereby perpetuating the lie that democracy continues.

More and more young people have twigged that modern politics is all a big game. Perhaps this is because they’re more likely to source their information from the Internet, social media, alternative media and citizen journalists. They sense that leaders in power – be they presidents or prime ministers – are simply caretakers who serve a term or two before the next caretaker steps in to carry on with the charade.

The question is, are today’s youth enlightened people or cynics who don’t respect the democracy their forefathers fought for?

Perhaps authors Dan Cassino and Yasemin Besen-Cassino answer that question in a roundabout way in their 2009 book Consuming Politics: Jon Stewart, Branding, and the Youth Vote in America. They say, “The political apathy of today’s youth can be seen largely as a result of this disengagement from the parties”.

The Cassino’s continue, “Different groups within the general category of young people are looking for different things within the political world, and won’t become engaged in politics until they see those things”.

Politicians would be well advised not to hold their breath for youth to engage in politics any time soon. Today’s youth are the first generation to have realized for real change to occur, it must happen on an individual level rather than at an administrative level.

As Hollywood star Mark Ruffalo told Luke Rudkowski, a young American social activist and founder of grassroots media organization We Are Change, in a 2011 interview, “It’s not going to happen from above. We are the change that we’re waiting for”.

Mark Ruffalo's primary photo

Actor Mark Ruffalo

Ruffalo continued, “Anything worth a damn that’s ever happened on behalf of the people has always come up from the people and forced itself onto the power above. And that’s the way it always is and that’s the way it’s always going to be”.

Hear, hear, Mr. Ruffalo.

“Let’s pick up from yesterday’s teachings on the Gulf War,” Kentbridge began. He wrote Iraq 1990-1991 on a blackboard. “Now that the West has control of Iraq’s massive oil reserves, President Bush will be replaced.” The chalk squeaked as he wrote Bill Clinton on the board. “Bill Clinton will be our country’s next President. The election later this year is just a formality. The result has already been decided.”The Orphan Factory

Since winning the US Presidency, Barack Obama has been criticized for breaking almost every promise he made to the American people before running for office. And although he promised the opposite, his policies turned out to be almost a carbon copy of those of his predecessor George W. Bush – at least in terms of the big issues such as fighting unnecessary wars and protecting banksters ahead of everyday citizens.

Obama’s supporters insist his intentions were honest. Maybe they were and maybe he really believed he’d be the boss instead being a small cog in a giant wheel.

Then again before being elected Obama had little track record in Congress of voting against the major issues like Big Pharma or banking chicanery. As political activist Ralph Nader pointed out when he ran against him in the 2008 Presidential campaign, the man formerly known as Barry Soetoro was hardly a revolutionary.

So maybe Obama knew all along he’d just be another puppet for the Establishment and was happy to play along.

Or maybe the likes of JFK was speaking through a hole in his head when he warned Americans about “secret societies, secret oaths and secret proceedings,” and maybe the likes of Eisenhower was speaking through a hole in his when he warned of “the potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power.”

It’s likely none of us will ever know for sure.

President-elect Barack Obama joins U.S. living presidents for lunch

Our new release title, The Orphan Conspiracies: 29 Conspiracy Theories from The Orphan Trilogy, was borne out of reader curiosity for it was not something we ever intended to write. Nor was a non-fiction work something we ourselves would have naturally considered penning given we are novelists and feature filmmakers who specialize in writing and producing drama and works of fiction.

However, when The Ninth Orphan, the first book in our international thriller series The Orphan Trilogy, was published readers began commenting on or asking about the truth behind the real-life mysteries highlighted throughout. Since then, readers’ emails and social media posts have escalated with the publication of The Orphan Factory and The Orphan Uprising, books two and three in the trilogy.

For those who haven’t read the novels, The Orphan Trilogy is a series that’s partially set in the boardrooms of real organizations such as the CIA, MI6, the FBI, the NSA and the UN; it features controversial theories about public figures, including President Obama, Queen Elizabeth II as well as the Clinton, Marcos and Bush families; and it illuminates shadow organizations rumored to exist in today’s world.

Queen Elizabeth’s ‘true’ wealth examined.

In many ways, the trilogy merges fiction with reality. Or, as Amazon reviewer I.A.Wilhite, Ph.D., said of The Ninth Orphan: “The authors manage to weave political intrigue, espionage, and eugenics into an exciting fabric of mystery and entertainment. The reader can’t but believe that the novel may not be only a work of fiction.”

This book (The Orphan Conspiracies) bridges the gap between fiction and fact. It fully explores the real-world suppositions, assumptions and theories we included in our fictional universe and provides answers to the questions our readers have been asking.

The storyline of The Orphan Trilogy, which took about a decade to write, forced us to research all sorts of alternative concepts and seek out connected and learned individuals who could enlighten us. This comprehensive process not only enabled us to tell a layered and intelligent story, but also to acquire underground knowledge not easily accessible. Knowledge which we share, in depth, in this book and which upon reading we expect will enable, indeed encourage, the average reader to look at the world in a new light.

The challenge we face, of course, is that the subjects explored in this book are often in direct contrast with the way most of us view the world, and they invariably contradict the official line – the line that politicians, corporate leaders and other persons of influence convincingly peddle – that most of us have been conditioned to accept without questioning since childhood.

It’s our experience that people are prepared to entertain unfamiliar hypotheses when they are incorporated into novels or movies, but are considerably less open-minded when there’s no cozy fictional plot to soften the digestion of such concepts.

To counter this, we have avoided speculation wherever possible and have, for the most part, written about subjects that can be backed with hard facts. These facts include evidence substantiated in court cases, declassified government files, mainstream media reports and well-documented quotes from respected leaders in their fields. Wherever we do briefly deviate into mere speculation, we point that out so the dividing line between fact and rumor is always clear.

Marcos Estate worth trillions?

The other challenge in presenting this book is that many of the controversial topics we tackle can loosely be described as conspiracy, conspiracies or conspiracy theories. As a result, we will no doubt be categorized by many as conspiracy theorists.

Unfortunately, these have become dirty words and phrases in our culture. Any time a concern is raised by an individual who has been labeled a conspiracy theorist it’s usually dismissed by most government spokespersons, mainstream media journalists and the public at large as paranoia, or worse, delusional.

And for the most part, those critics and skeptics are correct!

Probably 95% of conspiracy theories out there are pure crackpot stuff with not a shred of evidence to support them. We are talking the-moon-is-made-out-of-cheese type of theories. Such absurd concepts are espoused by conspiracy theory extremists who we refer to throughout this book as the Tinfoil Hat Network – those who wear tinfoil-lined hats to block mind control frequencies they believe are being beamed their way!

Although nutty notions certainly provide good entertainment value, they also undermine those serious conspiracy theories which warrant investigation.

A good example of theories deserving airtime is the contention that there were no Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq, which most Western governments have now acknowledged to be true. It was initially brought up by conspiracy theorists before the West’s invasion of Iraq. Their claims were ignored, of course.

If society was prepared to listen to such individuals without pre-judging them, perhaps future wars could be averted.

Once you understand and accept that there are two types of conspiracy theorists – the Tinfoil Hatters, or lunatic fringe, and the more logically-minded – it becomes easy to distinguish between them.

You can spot the Tinfoil Hatters a mile off. They either present silly ideas like Marilyn Monroe being born a man or more dangerous ones like the Holocaust-never-happened – a theory which almost always has its roots in anti-Semitism. The more logically-minded, or sane, conspiracy theorists present more believable and potentially true ideas like there being cover-ups surrounding the deaths of JFK and Princess Diana – theories most Americans and Brits now believe likely, according to mainstream polls.

Chat: Monroe, wearing her famous dress, speaks with John F Kennedy following the rendition of Happy Birthday

The Kennedy Bros. (pictured with Marilyn) also feature prominently.

As WikiLeaks’ founder Julian Assange succinctly put it: “There are conspiracies everywhere. There are also crazed conspiracy theories. It’s important not to confuse these two.”

Worth noting, also, is that when members of the Establishment mock conspiracy theories, they invariably quote the most bizarre premises that only the most paranoid and unstable in conspiracy circles – yes we refer to the Tinfoil Hatters – actually believe. This has proven to be very effective in undermining the more credible conspiracy theorist who may discover an awkward truth about an administration, a corporation or a well-known individual.

German novelist, pacifist and Nobel Peace Prize-recipient Hermann Hesse was labeled an eccentric and a traitor for resisting the ideologies of a popular candidate who was making waves in Germany’s political scene in the early 1930’s. As a result of Hesse’s rebellious stance against fascism, and especially against the new wave of anti-Semitism, the critically-acclaimed author was soon blacklisted by all major newspapers in the nation and had his books banned and systematically burned by that same leader’s political party.

As the politician swept into power and his party began beating the drums of war, Hesse continued to speak out in support of Jewish people and, living in exile outside of Germany, helped others flee from the brutal regime.

The political party was, of course, the Nazi Party and the individual who Hesse opposed was the charismatic Adolf Hitler.

Why Hitler hated being called a Nazi and what's really in humble pie – origins of words and phrases revealed

Did fascism really end with the death of Hitler and the Third Reich?

If a new, charismatic politician with intentions as evil as Hitler’s entered the political scene today and someone discovered that politician’s plans and revealed them to the public, would their theories be listened to any more readily than Hermann Hesse’s were?

By consistently reminding the public of the majority of conspiracy theorists who are clearly one missed-medication away from being locked up in asylums, the global elite are also able to discredit the 5% who may have stumbled on to something legitimate.

So the key with conspiracy theories is not to throw out the baby with the bathwater like the Establishment is relying on you to keep doing. In other words, don’t discard good info or intel with the bad.

A large number of conspiracy theories initially scoffed at have since been proven to be true. Examples include: the Gulf of Tonkin Incident – the fabricated event that started the Vietnam War; Watergate – the proven allegation that US President Richard Nixon spied on Democrats; MK-Ultra – the Central Intelligence Agency’s extensive mind control program was a conspiracy theory for over two decades until partially declassified in 1975; and the Dreyfus Affair – the 19th Century Jewish-French artillery officer wrongly convicted of treason by the French Government who later admitted to framing Dreyfus.

Richard Nixon.jpg

Nixon really did spy on the Democrats.

More recently, after years of claims by conspiracy theorists that the fabled Area 51, in Nevada, existed, the US Government and the CIA released declassified documents that clearly show it does exist and has existed all along.

We do not profess to be authorities on any of the subjects in this book. Nor do we get into absolutism. On the contrary, we believe very few people alive today can know for sure the whole truth about any of the complex topics we cover.

Our attitude when researching or writing about such topics has always been: We know very little. We took that approach when putting this book together. In our opinion that’s the best way to tackle conspiracy theories or, indeed, any contentious incidents, policies or claims not publicly acknowledged or admitted to by officialdom.

Many people are programmed to instantly dismiss all conspiracy theories while others are just as ready to gullibly believe every theory fed to them. Both approaches are different sides of the same coin, and that coin is absolutism.

Believing in absolutes is a recipe for dogmatism and ignorance. The middle-path of open-mindedness combined with healthy skepticism seems to be the wisest route to take in our opinion.

Although “Conspiracy Theories” features in this book’s title, many of the subjects we cover are actually conspiracy fact. Meaning they’ve already been confirmed as true by the appropriate authority or validated by the release of declassified documents and the like, but strangely remain categorized as conspiracy theories because confirmation of their validity has been ignored or at the very least not widely reported by mainstream media.

The conspiracy facts in our thriller series were noted by Louisiana-based author, historian and renowned US war veterans’ advocate Remy Benoit. “A page turning, frightening high action journey into the world of corrupted power,” Ms. Benoit says of the trilogy in her review, “that goes beyond conspiracy theories to tortured reality.”

Even though the pages of this book contain rare and extraordinary information, it’s surprising how much of it is verifiable and freely available in the public domain – there to be discovered as long as you know what you’re looking for.

In recent years, various celebrities have been branded conspiracy theorists by mainstream media outlets and government departments. These public figures include Martin Sheen, Mark Ruffalo, Rosie O’Donnell, Sharon Stone, Spike Lee, Bruce Willis, Oliver Stone, Willie Nelson, Mos Def, Charlie Sheen, Juliette Binoche, Billy Corgan, Russell Brand, David Lynch, Randy Quaid, Ron Paul, Joe Rogan, Roseanne Barr, Phil Donahue, Jim Carrey, Geraldo Rivera, Robbie Williams, Sean Stone, Prince, Jesse Ventura, Dave Chappelle, Shirley MacLaine, Jim Corr, Henry Rollins, Woody Harrelson and Michael Moore.

Celebs branded conspiracy theorists.

This partial list of famous individuals with alternative viewpoints illustrates how being a conspiracy theorist isn’t as rare as it used to be, and may even be trending toward the norm depending on how the term is defined.

That’s not surprising given the balance of power between the state and the individual has swung to an unprecedented degree in favor of the state. Every day, it seems, more civil liberties are being eroded in the name of national security.

Events like the bailout of financial institutions ahead of regular citizens during the global financial crisis and the unwelcome post-9/11 foreign conflicts have left many citizens in the West second-guessing their governments.

Post-9/11 conflicts examined.

Surveys have also shown that a big percentage of the public feel they’re being manipulated by corporations, banks, international interests and the media as well as by politicians who appear to have less respect for voters than ever before. It’s almost as if the public sense there must exist within government little-known powerbrokers who are not for the people, but against them.

We believe these trends in society explain why The Orphan Trilogy has proven to be so popular and why it has established a loyal fan base of readers worldwide.

In all likelihood, the number of people labeled conspiracy theorists is going to increase exponentially. Internationally, they probably already number hundreds of millions and so can no longer be dismissed as lunatics on the fringes of society.

Therefore, if questioning the motivations of political administrations and reminding you of the well-documented nefarious activities of the global elite make us conspiracy theorists, then hell, we’ll accept that label and wear it with pride.

Before you read on, we’d also ask you to keep in mind that we are two working-class guys. We know all about the injustices that come with being humble citizens living in so-called democratic nations where democracy has all but vanished. We are tired of seeing honest, hard-working people being screwed over by greedy, corrupt corporations and are incensed by the spineless political leaders who permit them to commit such crimes.

Our mission in writing this book is twofold: to expose the global agenda designed to keep the power in the hands of a select few (the top 1%) and to empower the masses with essential knowledge that’s been withheld from them until now.

Whisperings in the corridors of power.

From what we’ve observed, nearly all other conspiracy theory books have either been by established conspiracy theory authors and written almost exclusively for like-minded people, or they’ve been penned by academic-types with a high-brow intellectualism that only other academics can decipher.

This book, on the other hand, is written for the lower classes and the homeless, the outcasts and the marginalized, the abused and the victimized, the unpaid and the underpaid, the overworked and the out-of-work, the refugees and the poor, the uneducated and the undereducated, the forgotten and the lonely, the misunderstood and all the other underdogs of society who together, collectively, form the majority – or the 99%, if you will.

Contrary to what we, the people, have been told, we are the power; we have supreme authority because we are the masses and true power always resides with the masses, never with the self-proclaimed global elite who, by their very nature, have always been in the minority and will always continue to be…

As long as the masses realize that, of course.

THE ORPHAN CONSPIRACIES

Foreword

The Orphan Conspiracies: 29 Conspiracy Theories from The Orphan Trilogy, by James Morcan & Lance Morcan, contains hard-to-find knowledge. This book is based on the political, scientific and financial insights contained in the Morcans’ bestselling international thriller series The Orphan Trilogy.

Throughout The Orphan Trilogy, James & Lance merge fact with fiction by incorporating real-world theories on known individuals and organizations. Now, with this non-fiction companion volume, they provide detailed analysis for each one of those controversial theories.

In many ways, this exhaustively-researched book is the secret history of the 20th Century and the early 21st Century. But more than a history lesson, it also discloses exactly what is happening right now behind the scenes – in underground bunkers, in the corridors of power, in prime banks and meetings of the global elite.

Currently, the world is in a desperate state due to environmental pollution, depletion of natural resources and food supplies, and economic inequalities. To solve these problems and to reach the next level of Mankind, a “new innovation of technology” is required. But nowadays innovative technologies such as cold fusion, and radical energy sources, including sonoluminescent-triggered fusionand anti-gravitational propulsion, are either being withheld or blocked by governments, old-fashioned science academia and multinational corporations.

The Orphan Conspiracies: 29...

I believe that the Big-Bang Theory and the Evolution Theory, as well as Einstein’s Special Relativity Theory which does not allow for the existence of faster-than-light (superluminal) phenomena, all have flaws in them and must be replaced by new theories that can give Mankind a more concise view of our Universe. But the fact is exceptional discoveries and theories that challenge official science have been ignored by the Establishment for decades.

I was employed for many years as a senior research scientist developing naval underwater weapon systems at the Technical Research and Development Institute of the Ministry of Defense, Japan, and I often suspected there existed extraordinary technologies developed by the world’s superpowers. I am of the opinion that most of these technologies have been concealed from the public’s eyes.

The world’s governments have many classified layers and outsiders rarely gain access to their hidden secrets. And certainly no common man can get confirmation of the existence of exotic technologies.

I was also part of a team of scientists in the Advanced Space Propulsion Investigation Committee (ASPIC), which was organized by the Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences in 1994. ASPIC’s purpose was to study all kinds of non-chemical space propulsion systems instead of conventional rocket systems for space missions to nearby planets, the Moon and the outer Solar System. This included field propulsion systems which utilize zero-point energy, the electro-gravitic effect and the non-Newtonian gravitic effect predicted in Einstein’s Theory of Gravity.

The Orphan Conspiracies: 29...

During my time with ASPIC, I strongly felt that some of the gravity control systems could have been realized, or had already been realized, but were being overshadowed by existing science. Such radical space technologies never reach the public because unknown groups do not wish humanity to have access to the highest knowledge or the most advanced scientific inventions. Perhaps this suppression is out of fear that the masses may be able to explore our Solar System and the Universe beyond it.

Whatever the case, it seems they want us to stay at ignorant levels forever.

This book is also about the purposeful bankrupting of nations around the world, the inherently corrupt monetary system and the scam of modern banking – all of which have obviously become major vices of our era. I believe that financial domination is one of the main methods used to enslave the people of this world.

I expect readers of this book will be surprised by the level of knowledge imparted in its pages especially with its revelations of exotic technologies, financial injustices, political deceptions and suppressed scientific discoveries. I also expect readers will be inspired by the lifting of the veil that occurs when long-guarded information is absorbed.

Lastly, I sincerely hope that the publication of this book contributes to a global awakening which assists the future creation of new scientific theories and technologies – including space propulsion systems – that are not currently on the mainstream scientific agenda.

Question: If wars create vast sums of money for the global elite, then could North Korea be a fabricated enemy ala the Soviets, the Viet Cong, Muslims etc, etc?

Kim Jong Un Hasnt Been Seen for Weeks as Kerry, U.S. Confront North Korea Aggression

I have been wondering whether there are enough natural enemies left in the modern world to lead to genuine wars involving superpowers…After recently researching the history of false flag operations, I would have to say no…Otherwise, why would there be a need for any of these false flag attacks? If the countries in question were invading other nations in broad daylight, then surely there’d be no need to fabricate anything.

A false flag operation is basically the act of committing a terrorist event or an act of war and having others blamed for that event. Usually those “others” are either mineral-rich countries (e.g. Iraq, Afghanistan) or geographically important nations (e.g. Vietnam, Cuba).

False flag terrorism is employed by governments and intelligence agencies all over the world. It is cleverly orchestrated propaganda designed to provoke specific reactions from the masses in the build up to war.

Ancient Rome

Roman emperor Nero is said to be responsible for one of the first false flag operations. Most historians concur that Nero was the perpetrator of the Great Fire of Rome in 64 AD in which a third of the city was torched. Nero’s motivation was to build Domus Aurea, an enormous building that would include the Colossus of Nero – none other than a statue of himself! Before to the fire, the Senate had blocked the emperor’s proposal to destroy a third of the city to make way for this complex.

According to Roman historian Tacitus (56 AD – 117 AD), Nero told the Roman population that the Christians (whom Rome were at that time at war with) were responsible for the fire…

The U.S. Government’s proposal to kill American citizens

In the early Sixties during the conflict with Cuba, the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff proposed carrying out acts of terrorism inside the United States.

Operation Northwoods’ ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Northwoods ) plans included the sinking of U.S. war ships, bombs in major American cities, shooting down hijacked American passenger planes, and killing innocent American citizens. Every event would be blamed on Fidel Castro and the Cuban regime. The Joint Chiefs of Staff’s logic was that these events would help gain enough support from the American public and the world at large for a U.S. military invasion of Cuba.

Fortunately President Kennedy rejected the plan in 1962. However, the following year Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas.

The Vietnam War

On August 4, 1964, President Lyndon Johnson alerted his fellow Americans on national television that North Vietnam had attacked the USS Maddox in the Gulf of Tonkin.

Not long afterward, Congress passed the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which gave Johnson the green light to begin military operations against North Vietnam. American troops were soon stationed in Vietnam and neighboring countries and the ensuing war ended up costing approximately 60,000 American lives and three million Vietnamese.

The thing is, President Johnson and his Secretary of Defense, Robert McNamara, had successfully hoodwinked the American people. North Vietnam had not attacked the USS Maddox, as the Pentagon claimed, and the so-called “unequivocal” evidence of a second attack by the North Vietnamese is now commonly acknowledged as being a false report…The Gulf of Tonkin Incident ( http://fair.org/media-beat-column/30-year-anniversary-tonkin-gulf-lie-launched-vietnam-war/ ) was nothing but a phantom attack on the U.S. Military.

WWII was the last legitimate major war, I believe…Nearly all the other wars since (especially Iraq I and II, Vietnam and the various Afghan wars) have just been money spinners spawned by the fear of fabricated enemies or at least unproven enemies.

This all leads to other questions…

Were Communists ever a valid threat?

When the U.S. pulled out of Vietnam, why didn’t the much hyped Domino Theory( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domino_theory ) ever occur? Why weren’t most other Asian countries overrun by Communism as expected?

Is it realistic to have a war on “terror” instead of a regular war against a certain nation or group of nations? Can bearded nomads living in caves really be a genuine threat to superpowers?

And can isolated and impoverished nations like North Korea prevent world peace if the rest of the world wants peace? Would North Korean president, Kim Jong Un, actually order his military to fire nuclear weapons and incite war? If so, what would be in it for North Korea when they’d obviously be committing suicide by inviting the rest of the world to invade their own country within days? And can any leader of any nation really be that stupid?

And why is it leaders of such independent countries (e.g. Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, Libya) are always portrayed as madmen while the likes of George W. Bush are said to be completely sane?

Maybe world leaders (and the invisible puppet masters who pull their strings) are not that different from Rome’s Emperor Nero all those centuries ago…

That’s my two cents worth regarding the current North Korea situation. I don’t pretend to have all of the answers, but I figure one must study the past to understand the present. Then again, I could be totally wrong and maybe North Korea is about to nuke us all!

Feel free to leave a comment below, no matter what your opinion on the matter. Would love to hear from you all.

And if you wish to read more about false flag operations and the nefarious activities of the global elite, then check out our international thriller series The Orphan Trilogy.
